Sales Tax is applicable in the following state: New Jersey.

We ship to any street address, post office box or military address. Orders shipped outside the United States are shipped via USPS.

Please be aware that there may be additional taxes, duties or tariffs imposed by the importing country and is your sole responsibility.

Shipping fees in the continental USA for your first item starts at a flat rate of $4.99 to $6.99 for the first item and only $1.00 for each additional item regardless of weight.

While we do everything we can to ship orders within 1 business day, please allow up to 7 business days from ordering to arrival.

Please note; packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping.

All returned merchandise must be unopened and in the same condition as when they were shipped in order to receive credit. No credit will be given for damaged returns.

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, please contact us via e-mail at orders@thenaturalhealthshoppe.com, and we will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number, daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You may be contacted by the insurance provider and if so will need to comply. We will then ship out a replacement once the claims process is complete.
